We are 35 to 45 minutes from most of Kelowna. We batch our schedule there carefully so we are efficient with both your time and ours.

Mid-century and newer suburban neighbourhoods north of downtown. Mix of original construction and recent builds. Steady re-roof and gutter work on the older homes. James Hardie siding refreshes on the higher-end newer builds.
Hillside neighbourhoods with serious view exposure. Wind. UV. Access challenges. Premium builds dominate. We work on full re-roofs and major siding projects here when the spec calls for our specialty.
Higher-elevation neighbourhoods east of downtown. More snow. More wind. Building stock that needs snow-country specs. Metal roofing is more common here than in central Kelowna.
Mostly residential, mid-priced. We don't do a lot of work in Rutland. There are good local contractors and the price points are commodity. We come in for specific specialty installs (premium materials, complex architecture).
Kelowna's climate is broadly similar to Vernon. Hot dry summers. Cold winters with multiple freeze-thaw cycles. Full UV exposure. Lake-side and lake-view homes get more wind. Hillside neighbourhoods get more wind and more snow on the higher elevations. We spec accordingly. Extended ice and water shield where it matters. Upgraded ridge venting on every project. Extra fastening on wind-exposed roofs.
South and west-facing roofs in Kelowna see some of the most intense UV in BC. Material choice matters. IKO ArmourShake or Cambridge for asphalt. Westform metal or Decra stone-coated steel for premium projects. James Hardie ColorPlus for siding to hold colour against the sun.
Wind events do happen. Steady westerlies in spring and fall can lift improperly fastened shingles. Occasional severe winter storms can damage gutters and ridge details. We use 6-nail patterns and starter shingle ridge protection on every Kelowna roof.

Westform standing-seam, screw-down profiles, and Decra stone-coated steel. We work on premium Kelowna projects where metal is the right answer for longevity, fire resistance, or architectural intent.
Kelowna projects for us are typically larger and longer than equivalent Vernon work. 3 to 5 day re-roofs. Full siding refreshes that take a week. Premium metal installs that involve coordination with architects and designers. We don't run high-volume in Kelowna. We run careful, and we deliver.
